A native of Wilmington, Delaware, Elizabeth has enjoyed drawing and painting since childhood.
She graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in biology. In addition to achieving her degree, Elizabeth studied drawing and design. Her paintings use traditional watercolor with a wax resist technique. This method, using washes and lines of wax on Japanese papers, imparts a contemporary quality to her pieces.
